Ms. Wingard attended Holy Cross High School in Delran, New Jersey. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Law from Rowan University, a Master's degree in Education from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a Post-Graduate Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis from Rowan University.
Ms. Wingard worked in public Special Education in New Jersey and taught at a private school in Pennsylvania. Ms. Wingard moved to Alabama in 2014. She worked in Special Education in Shelby County and taught at a Montessori school in Birmingham. She joined Chilton County School in 2021. In her spare time, Ms. Wingard enjoys spending time with her family and doing activities with her children.
